Ranger van de Heernis is a three-year-old stallion with a particularly good way of moving. He has not been under saddle for very long but shows his remarkable skill. During the studbook inspection of the KWPN in Den Hout he received 85 points for trot and posture and no less than 90 points for canter!
His father Kjento leaves a particularly good impression with his offspring that also perform very well under saddle. The mother of Ranger van de Heernis is the Son de Niro daughter Admire van de Heernis who, in combination with Lord Leatherdale, also produced the international junior horse Esprit van de Heernis. Admire van de Heernis is the only offspring of grandmother Kamira van het Jagershof. However, this mare is a half-sister of many other mares that were very successful in breeding. Some examples of well-performing horses are the 1.60m horses Carthagena Z and Prince de Revel.
