ET New Year Edition ’25

Varane v/h Hulstenhof

Arezzo VDLCassini II

This beautiful chestnut stallion possesses all the qualities expected in today’s sport! His age suggests he has already been under saddle, and indeed, he shows a fantastic way of moving with great natural balance. During free jumping, he also demonstrates very promising qualities. His sharpness and speed in the front leg while jumping are exceptionally valuable traits, which he consistently showcases with precision!

Looking at his Hippomundo pedigree, we can immediately see that his half-sister, Mia v/h Hulstenhof, is currently jumping at the 1.45m level under Roy van Beek. This is no surprise when we delve deeper into his maternal line. Not only did his dam herself jump at the 1.30m level, but her half-brother, Hello Jefferson, claimed the gold medal at the last Olympic Games for Great Britain with Scott Brash!

These genetic foundations were solidly established by Hovis, an Irco Mena daughter who competed at the 1.50m level with breeder and rider Bernard Mols. One of her most recent offspring is the active Oscar v/h Hulstenhof, who is currently competing at the 1.55m level with Irish rider Jason Foley.
