Kommandant is an 8-year-old gelding by Comme Il Faut out of a Diarado mare. He has been in the Lill stable since he was a foal, and from his very first free jump, his talent was undeniable. Carefully produced with patience and precision, he has continued to prove his ability every step of the way.
We are incredibly proud to present Kommandant, a horse that we believe has everything it takes to become one of the very best.
He began his international career in early 2024 and quickly showed his class. At just 7 years old, he impressed at the World Championships in Lanaken and he jumped double clear in a 1.45m Longines Ranking Class in November of 2024. However, most recently, he was outstanding in Vejer De La Frontera, where he delivered two double clears and two top-10 finishes in 4* 1.45m ranking classes, including an impressive 3rd place in the 4* Big Tour.
Elegant, modern, and incredibly sharp in the ring, Kommandant is naturally quick, careful, and always focused on his job. With his exceptional ability, he is certainly a serious contender to compete at the highest level of the sport.
