El Torreo de Muze – Quick Fire – Landlord

Mare, 2017

Size: 166 cm

Elma is a beautiful and very gentle mare who however houses fire inside her. She has jumped up to 1.30m with much success. She just won the 1.30m competition in Prague in August and is ready to advance to jump bigger courses. This mare stands out as she has a huge appetite for jumping, is fast and alert with a very energetic jump. Simultaneously, she is extremely rideable, and has been ridden by ladies throughout her sporting career. Elma is suitable for ambitious riders who want to win rosettes, however thanks to her gentleness and rideability she is also suitable for ladies and juniors. The mare is also of interest to breeders, her grandmother Gipsy produced several GP horses, such as Carlo, Gran Carthago and Cypria. Sire El Torero de Muze is a GP-winner at two, three and four star level. That is El Torreo de Muze in a nutshell. His genes already showed the best from his birth on. His sire Taran de la Pomme is the half-brother of Glock’s London (ex-Carembar de Muze) and Golden Hawk (ex-Figo de Muze). The performance genes on the dam’s side are supplied by Funky Music (s. Vigo d’Arsouilles), who competed at international level with Ann Carton-Grootjans and is now actively used in breeding. He also seems particularly promising for breeding. In the Horsetelex ranking for stallions with at least 20 offspring in the international sport, the eldest of which are no more than nine years old, El Torreo is at the top of the rankings. Equally interesting is the maternal part of the family tree. The mother Quantity is by the stallion Quick Fire, who was successful in showjumping up to 1.55 m level. His father Quintero competed with Rolf Goran Bengtsson up to 1.60 m level. Grandmother Elma Gipsy is the mother of several GP horses, such as Carlo (1.55m Jack Towell), Gran Carthago (1.60m Maiju Mallat) and Cypria (1.60m Andrew Welles).
