Dam Halesta received an exceptional score of 90 for conformation and 85 for movements at the mare inspection. She was crowned regional champion and was placed third in the final of the Dutch mare championship (NMK). Under Vai Bruntink, Halesta achieved success up to Small Tour level and she now continues her career under Young Rider Mira Dicso. In the pedigree of Nalesta, this talented mare has been paired with the international Grand Prix stallion Ebony. Out of a limited number of offspring, the Painted Black son Ebony has sired multiple outstanding mares and Small Tour horses, such as Khaleesi, Lafayette, Lianne D, and Lobelialina. Nalesta’s granddam Wendy represents an originally Hanoverian damline and has also produced the international Small Tour horse Floris van de Helle, of Patrick van der Meer. The international Grand Prix stallion Quadroneur adds his performance genes in the second generation, with his oldest offspring already following in his footsteps. Nalesta is in foal to Obsession Taonga.
