El Passo Z

This four-year-old El Passo Z is a descendant of the striking stallion El Barone 111 Z, who debuted at the highest level under Malin Baryard-Johnsson and has made a strong start in breeding. His oldest offspring are already breaking through at the 1.40m level. On the dam’s side, this mare represents the strong Dermie line, which has particularly flourished at Stal Roelofs. Her dam, Mighty Blue, combines in her pedigree the influential sires Kannan and Mr. Blue, both of whom have proven their quality at the highest level. Granddam C.Termie R7 is a half-sister to the international 1.45m horse Vanda Cartier (by Lord Z). This direct lineage also includes 1.50/1.60m horses such as Toyz R Us, Vanquish, A Termie, Ascend 54, and the stallion Tolan R. El Passo Z was purchased as a foal by the current owner and has been radiographically approved. She is currently in foal to Maximus VDL, with the pregnancy planned to allow her to return to training after foaling.
