During the IBOP this past December, this four-year-old mare left no doubt about her jumping talent, passing with an impressive 8 for all jumping components. Her dam Apolaris has proven herself at the 1.40m level and has already produced an internationally performing offspring at the same level with Logan, a son of Arezzo VDL. In the third generation, this dam line traces back to the mare Dolaris D, a Notaris daughter known as the granddam of the Grand Prix horse Olona and the internationally performing 1.45/1.50m horses, including Brugal VDL, Caramelo, Carthagena, C’Est La Vie, Dorado, and Within Temptation. Her sire, Levi VDL, continues his sport career in Canada, where he successfully competed in his first 1.40m classes last summer.
