Being a son of the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Bacardi VDL and the 1.45m mare Ella van de Wolfsgracht, the expectations of Tequila Sunrise B-K are sky-high. The imposing Bacardi VDL stands out with his unlimited scope. The son of Corland originates from a renowned dam line and is the full brother of the 1.60m stallion Apardi and the half-brother of the 1.60m jumper Dapardi (s.Zelote VDL). His dam produced a total of nine international sport horses. Dam Ella van de Wolfsgracht is a daughter of the 1.60m stallion Parco. Ridden by Bibi-Kim Kortrink, the mare was successful in the 1.45m classes. The pedigree continues with the Lord-son Littorio, followed by the repeatedly proven combination of Joost and Abgar. Granddam Winne (s.Littorio) is a half-sister of the 1.55m jumper Flits (s.Renville). This dam line produced many 1.60m horses such as Bon Ami (s.Untouchable), Kasmir (s.Ekstein), Cavaldox (s.Calvaro), Ocelano (s.Celano), No Problem (s.Boy B) and VIP (s.Heartbreaker).

– Granddam Winnie (s.Littorio) is the half-sister of the 1.55m jumper Flits (s.Renville) and the 1.40m horse Harlien (s.Renville)
– Great-granddam Warleen (s.Joost) is the half-sister of multiple 1.40m horses: Pronto van het Vijverbos (s.Feinschnitt van de Richter), Silly van het Vijverbos (s.Jokinal de Bornival) and Whisper van het Vijverbos (s.Querelle). Moreover, this dam line produced multiple 1.60m horses, among others via Warleen’s full sisters: Bon Ami (s.Untouchable), Kasmir (s.Ekstein), Cavaldox (s.Calvaro), Ocelano (s.Celano), No Problem (s.Boy B) and VIP (s.Heartbreaker).
