Wilko van het Vennehof is a well built and smart colt by El Barone 111 and Landanka (Game Boy D 10 x Azur de Paulstra).
Wilko’s pedigree is not too spectacular, but still goes back to a few leading sires for breeding. Game Boy D 10 is a son of Winningmood who, like his sire, was very successful at the highest level. Game boy has only 25 registered offspring of which more than half were international performers!
Grandmother Petra herself jumped successfully at 1m30-level and is closely related to Curoos (1m50) and Zigo (1m50).
El Barone is very interestingly bred with successively the sport stallions Emerald vh Ruytershof x Libero H x Zeus x Akteur. His dam also performed more than meritoriously in the sport at 1.50 m level in the USA, and later internationally as a junior with Yanick Beirens. Guidams sohn, a BWP and KWPN approved stallion who jumped internationally under Jos Lansink is bred out of El Barone 111 Z grandmother Fanakta, and is available at team Nijhof.
