The 4-year-old Misses Jones R&D Z scores high marks for her light-footed movements, good attitude, and quick, powerful takeoff while jumping. She appears to be a careful showjumping horse. Sire Mylord Carthago performed at the world’s highest level with Penelope Leprevost. He descends from the legendary mare Fragance de Chalus, one of the best broodmares in history. Fragance produced seven 1.60m Grand Prix horses, including Bamako de Muze, and five more at 1.50m–1.55m. According to Horsetelex, Mylord Carthago has 55 offspring competing at 1.60m level, and another 10 at 1.65m–1.70m level. Dam Jones Ter Doorn is sired by the 1.60m Grand Prix stallions Flipper d’Elle x Diamant de Semilly. She competed at 1.30m level. Granddam Dorothee van de Veldhoven performed at 1.50m level and is a half-sister to Irvine ter Doorn (1.60m GP), Jenkins ter Doorn (1.55m GP), Vivy Terdoorn Z (1.45m), and three other international showjumping horses competing at 1.25m–1.35m level.
